Software QA Engineer
I’m an Electronic Engineer from the Autonomous University of Baja California and a QA Engineer primarily focused on manual testing, with a strong emphasis on understanding product behavior, identifying edge cases, and ensuring a high level of quality from the user’s perspective. In my day-to-day work, I specialize in a wide range of manual testing approaches, including functional, exploratory, regression, and usability testing, ensuring comprehensive validation of application behavior across different scenarios..
Alongside my professional work, I actively develop my automation skills in personal projects using Selenium and Playwright, applying them to reinforce my testing approach and improve efficiency when validating repetitive scenarios.
My experience with web technologies has given me a solid understanding of how front-end structure (HTML, CSS) and backend interactions influence application behavior. This allows me to investigate issues thoroughly, reproduce defects consistently, and collaborate effectively with developers to reach clear and efficient solutions.
I’m comfortable working with logs, system responses, and different data points to understand how issues originate and how they can be prevented. I also have experience using Git for version control and supporting testing activities within CI/CD environments.
I enjoy working in environments where curiosity, clear communication, and attention to detail are valued. I’m looking for opportunities where I can continue strengthening my analytical thinking, contribute to improving system reliability, and be part of a team that focuses on delivering consistent and high-quality user experiences.
